AOP Application

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse wants to make sure that all students have the opportunity to continue with their education at the graduate level. The Advanced Opportunity Program (AOP) is one way we can help make that happen. AOP is funded by the state of Wisconsin, and is designed to support the graduate work of Wisconsin residents with demonstrated financial need, who come from underrepresented minority and non-minority backgrounds. 

 

If you complete this application, we will share your name, contact information, and interest in graduate education with the Graduate Program Director in your area of interest. All other information will be used only by the members of the AOP Committee in evaluating your application. AOP applications are typically evaluated in early March, and notifications of awards sent by mid-March. Any delays in the FAFSA will impact the AOP awarding timeline.
