UWL expects all research to be conducted following the highest ethical standards. As such, we have a mechanism for individuals to report problematic conditions if they question the ethical behavior of researchers working with biological materials that entail a potential risk to humans, animals, or the environment in a specific instance at UWL. If you wish to report such concerns, please complete this form, and it will be sent to the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs (ORSP). You are also welcome to address questions and concerns directly to ORSP (grants@uwlax.edu, 608.785.8007) or to the Research Integrity Officer, Dr. Sandy Grunwald (sgrunwald@uwlax.edu, 608.785.8265). If you provide your name and contact information in this form, it will be removed by ORSP to preserve confidentiality. You will not be subject to any retaliation for expressing your concern.
